Software Services Agreement

Whether you are accessing the services through a standard agreement or utilizing them during a free trial period, you are bound by the terms outlined in the Software Services Agreement. If there is a need for a different agreement tailored to specific circumstances, it must be separately agreed upon and signed by both you and Noibu.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Site, including but not limited to the texts, images, marks, logos, and software, is owned by Noibu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Noibu grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to resell the content, create derivative works, or utilize data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Third-Party Links and Services
