You’ll have a video call with a recruiter from Noibu to get to know you and see if you possess the skills and experience necessary for the role and if you’re a great fit for the team culturally.
Additionally, we’ll cover compensation expectations and answer logistical questions regarding location, culture, and team dynamics.
You’ll have a video call with the hiring manager to get to know you and see if you have the potential to be a great addition to the team.
At this stage, you’ll receive a relevant take-home or real-time project that gives you a chance to showcase your skills.
You’ll have one more video call, likely with some other members of our team.
We ask to chat with three references. One you’ve worked for, one you’ve worked with and a third of your choice.
